Broken Rice is a highly digestible energy source derived from milled rice grains. Composed mainly of starch, it provides a consistent and readily available supply of carbohydrates that support growth, weight gain, and overall performance in livestock. Its low fiber and balanced amino acid profile make it an excellent ingredient for poultry, swine, aquaculture, and young ruminant diets. Compared to other cereal grains, broken rice offers superior palatability and a cleaner, more uniform composition, resulting in better feed conversion efficiency. It can partially or fully replace maize or wheat in rations without compromising nutritional balance, while contributing to a smooth texture and enhanced feed intake.
