Grow Farms provides an online platform facilitating the purchase of agricultural commodities. Under a single-vendor model, Grow Farms acts as the direct seller and assumes responsibility for product sourcing, logistics, quality control, and customer service. The Platform serves as the exclusive channel for client interaction and transaction management.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the Platform is permitted only to legal entities or individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. Users must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts and Access

Users must register an account to access certain functionalities of the Platform. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Grow Farms immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Grow Farms reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of any suspected unauthorized access or misuse.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to engage in any activity that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Introduces viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious software;
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform;
• Infringes upon Grow Farms’ or any third party’s intellectual property rights;
• Interferes with the operation or security of the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed or accessible on the Platform are the exclusive property of Grow Farms S.L. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from Grow Farms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grow Farms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if Grow Farms has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Amendments to Terms

Grow Farms reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
