Almacenamiento y vida útil

Condiciones recomendadas

• Moisture: Maintain below 12.5% to prevent mold growth, mycotoxin risk and caking.
• Temperature: Store in a cool environment (15–25 °C); avoid sustained temperatures above 35 °C to prevent protein oxidation.
• Environment: Store in a covered warehouse or silo with constant air circulation to avoid thermal fluctuations and condensation.
• Handling: Ensure proper silo flow (bulk) or keep on pallets (bagged), protected from pests and direct sunlight.
• Shelf life: 6–12 months under optimal conditions of aeration and moisture control.
