Description | composition
Alfalfa Hay is a premium forage known for its high protein content, excellent palatability, and digestibility. As a leguminous plant, alfalfa offers a dense nutritional profile, making it one of the most valuable feed sources for livestock requiring elevated energy and protein levels. Its leafy structure and fine stems result in lower fiber content compared to grasses, which enhances intake and feed efficiency. Alfalfa Hay is particularly beneficial during demanding life stages such as lactation, growth, or performance, supporting optimal productivity and animal health. Sourced from trusted growers and harvested at peak maturity, our Alfalfa Hay is sun-cured and baled to preserve its natural color, aroma, and nutritional integrity. Whether fed alone or as part of a total mixed ration (TMR), this forage is a key component in high-performance feeding strategies.

Storage and shelf life
Alfalfa Hay should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated area protected from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid stacking bales directly on the ground to prevent mold formation and nutrient losses. When properly stored, Alfalfa Hay retains its quality for up to 12 months. Always inspect before feeding to ensure no signs of spoilage or contamination are present.
